Shipping Coverage

We currently ship nationwide within Pakistan, including all major cities and remote areas, through trusted courier partners.

Shipping Charges

We offer a flat shipping rate of PKR 300 on all orders across Pakistan.

  • Shipping Fee: Rs. 300 (nationwide)

  • The shipping fee is added at checkout before order confirmation.

  • In case of special promotions, discounted or free shipping may be offered for a limited time.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • You will receive a confirmation message once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Time

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Remote Areas: 3–6 business days
    Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service across Pakistan. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS or email (if applicable), so you can monitor your delivery status.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please provide accurate shipping information. Green Aimpex is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your parcel arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details so we can assist you promptly.
